When there's a big movie coming out, you can count on The Asylum to throw together some shoestring budget cash grab to capitalize on the name alone, and sci-fi movie reviews release it around the same time! Atlantic Rim is one of those movies. It worked, if it (blog post) weren't for the name and obvious rip off of action movies Pacific Rim, who the hell would still be talking about it?
